Refund Policy

Digital Products & Online Training

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for digital products and online training registrations if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed or downloaded.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or if the training has commenced, refunds are not available.

Physical Products

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and resalable condition.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at vallen@evelynjamesandcompany.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Services

  • Consultations & Coaching: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
