To Our Brave and Beautiful Loss Families,

I am so deeply sorry that you are here. I am so sorry you have to endure a life without your precious baby (or babies).

I wish none of us knew this pain β€” but we do. We carry it with you, and we see you.

We know what it feels like when the world keeps moving, even though everything has stopped for us.
We know the sting when people say the wrong things β€” or nothing at all.
We know how isolating it can feel when others don’t understand how to help, or when some quietly step away because our grief makes them uncomfortable (please know, that has nothing to do with you).

We know the weight loss places on relationships and marriages β€” the strain it can bring, but also the unexpected strength that can grow from walking through this together.
We know about the guilt and the shame that sometimes sneak in, and we want you to hear this clearly: those feelings are normal, and you are not alone in them.
We know how heavy it feels to share your story β€” when you don’t want to burden anyone, or you don’t know how to find the words.

And we also know that this pain cannot be β€œfixed.” But you don’t have to carry it alone. Here, you’ll find support for you, your partner, your children, and your family as you navigate the long, tender path of grief and healing.
